15 minutes and can be increased in increments of 5 minutes.

To ensure that you never walk
away dissatisfied, we always offer our Five-Minute Connect®
guarantee. If within the first five minutes you are not
happy with the psychic you chose, you disconnect with that
psychic and call back and choose another. You will not lose
